In 1984, long time Lee County residents Vikki and Ron Richardson had a vision to become a premier custom home builder, by constructing dream homes with superior materials with the best craftsmen in the area. FOUNDER
Ron Richardson
The founder of Richardson Homes, Inc. Ron established a solid rapport and developed long-term relationships with his subcontractors, suppliers, and architects early in his career. Laying the foundation for Quality, Innovation and Service, these are among the core values that continue to empower Richardson Homes to set new standards for custom homes in Southwest Florida.
Ron is currently enjoying his well-deserved retirement, spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and enjoying the outdoors.
